Inserting data
We like to make it easy to insert data that remains clean and correct - which is why our contacts database allows complete validation customisation and freeform elements. If it is possible to add many different fields to a single user then the amount of information capture is limitless. We also offer complete data capture customisation.
Exporting data
With the correct permissions it is possible for a user to export any contact or contacts via email, printing or export.
Collaboration
We want database users to know what's happening to a contact that is of interest to them - which is why we offer the option for users to 'follow' specific contacts of interest. When following, every time a contact is updated in any way an email is sent out automatically to everyone who is following. It is also possible to configure the system so that all users recieve an email every time any contact is updated.
You can store as many notes about contacts or organisations containing contacts as you wish - using the note recording facility. This also allows for rich text formatting so that rich text notes can be saved and modified.
